ave for the 10 was 6:16. don't have individual miles, but the curvy hilly one was 6:37-yuck. Most of the others were around 6:12. The first mile was 6:12, then hill=6:30. I finished the last 4 on the track and they were 6:11, 6:06, 6:11.6:08.

6:05, 6:14, 6:11, 6:15 track had ice on it, so went to liberty park and did 4 continuous miles. starting to feel sick-- the mile paces prove it.
